At Relaxed and Restored, we value your time and commitment to self-care. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policies:

Booking Fee:

To secure your massage appointment, a non-refundable $50 booking fee is required. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Additionally, a valid card must be kept on file to cover any remaining balance or fees associated with our cancellation and late arrival policies.

Grace Period/Late Fee:

To ensure you receive the full benefits of your session, it is important to arrive on time. We offer a 10-minute grace period for all sessions. While no fees will be charged for late arrivals, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will only receive the remaining time of their scheduled session. Please note that the total session cost remains the same and will not be prorated or discounted due to a late arrival.

Rescheduling:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule at no additional cost by providing written notice at least 48 hours before your session. If written notice is not provided within 24 hours of your session, the session will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $50 booking fee.

No Call / No Show:

If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the scheduled service.
